WOW! Just did one of your meditations. The "positive change" one. 🤯🥰 And Holly shit. ✨🙌🏻👁️ My body was doing it's thing. I kept moving my arms and hands around, like I was moving the energy around me. My sacral was literally speaking out loud with "mmms" constantly. I cried many tears out of nowhere. Especially when you spoke the light language. It was like my body was listening to something it understood completely while my mind was like "we have no-clue what that means, do your thing" 😂 Then I imagined the exact bubble with light language written all over it right BEFORE you mentioned it! 🤯 My body is buzzing now, and I feel lighter. I did it!!! I did energy tune up. And wow. I was present for the first part and then it was like the floodgates were unlocked and this vision I hadn’t had words for yet just came through me. Thankfully I was prepared as I can be a pretty active meditator so I had my journal on hand and let it all flow out as the meditation progressed. It happened right after the blue flower as a bandage part.

Your meditation was super helpful the other day! I had just been sledding and climbing up steep hills while holding my toddler in one arm. The pain I was experiencing went away with the meditation!
